Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship to Australia. Refer to the Shipping Guides policy for areas unaccessible for shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?
Estimated delivery timeframes in Australia are anywhere between 3-10 working days, depending on where you live, and how easy it is to access your address. On the odd occasion, our delivery partners and couriers may advise that delivery timeframes have been impacted due to COVID staff absences or road closures due to flooding. Your patience in such circumstances would be highly appreciated. We endeavour to have your products shipped as quickly as possible. The Shopping Zone Team will keep you informed of any delays.

Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on thousands of products. Bulky and/or heavy items will attract a shipping charge. This will be advised at time of checkout.

Who do you use as couriers?
Shopping Zone works with a variety of reputable couriers to provide the most efficient delivery service possible. Some of these couriers are, but not limited to: Australia Post, Aramex, Allied Express, and Toll, Hunter Express Couriers.

Do you deliver to post office boxes or parcel lockers?
No, at this time we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers because they don’t suit the size of the items we sell. Most of our goods are delivered by couriers or specialist carriers directly to your door with some requiring a signature upon delivery. You will have a card left at your address advising you to pick up the delivery from an Australia Post outlet, or to contact the courier for re-delivery.

I accidentally submitted the wrong address, what do I do?
Contact the Shopping Zone Team immediately, and we will endeavour to rectify the address with our couriers. If you haven’t realised your mistake, any address discrepancies will be returned to us, and we will be in touch. Please ensure your address details are correct at time of purchase as a re-delivery cost will occur for any products which have been returned. See Shipping Guides policy for further details.

Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly (within 30 days) and we’ll take you through the process. Please do not dispose of the product before you contact us. Refer to the Refunds and Terms & Conditions policies for further information.

Are these the only products you offer?
No. We add new products daily to our website, so remember to check regularly as we are regularly adjusting prices and holding snap sales.

I saw a product here yesterday, but its disappeared?
So you are not disappointed at time of checkout, we only display products which are in stock. If the item cannot be viewed, it's either out of stock or has been discontinued. Please contact our friendly team, and we will advise you when stock is available.
